- 3 night minimum
- No Smoking
- No Pets
- Rates subject to a 10% tax
- 50% deposit required within 5 days of making the reservation to guarantee
- Payment by: cash, personal check, cashier's check, or Mastercard/Visa credit card
- A credit card authorization is required upon check-in as a damage deposit.
- Cancellations made prior to 30 days before arrival will receive 50% of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.
